recipe : Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts



4 boneless chicken breasts
 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach 
¼ cup parmesan cheese ¼ cup olive oil
 ¼ tsp salt and pepper (or to taste)
 8 oz cream cheese 
2 eggs Italian bread crumbs
 how to make this recipe :
First step to prepare this recipe use the food processor mix spinach, olive oil, salt & pepper, cream cheese & parmesan cheese. Then cut chicken breasts on thin side making an opening & stuff with above ingredients. Dredge chicken in egg next in bread crumbs & sauté one side till brown, pute on baking sheet browned side up. Top chicken with any leftover spinach mix, cook at 400 F  about 40 mins Cut breasts in 1/2 after removing from oven. ENNNNNNNNjjjjjoyyyyyyyye
